Fees
Unfunded rate - £6.00 per hour.

Funding if available for all from the term after they turn 3 or from 2 if you qualify.

​A voluntary sustainable charge is added for funded places at £5 per week adjusted depending on number of days. This covers extras including cooking, dance etc.
This price includes morning and afternoon snacks. We invoice at the start of each term and we ask that you pay within 14 days. Our fees are reviewed on an annual basis.

Early Years Entitlement Funding – from 2 years
In the term following your child’s third birthday, you will be eligible for 15 hours per week free childcare funded by Devon County Council. From the age of 2 working parents are eligible for 15 hours. If you choose to use these hours at pre-school, we will arrange this for you so you don’t need to do anything to receive this.
Payment
We accept cash, cheques or bank transfer as forms of payment. Fees are still payable if your child is off sick or you chose to take your child out during term time for a holiday.
Termination of Attendance
If you wish to cancel your child’s placement four weeks’ notice must be given in writing for termination of attendance, save for rising fives moving onto school. This applies to both funded and non-funded children. For funded children, a four-week notice period will apply to the transferral of any Early Years Funding to another setting. All funding will remain with Plymtree Pre-school and will not be able to begin with a new provider until the end of the four-week notice period. For non-funded children, fees will be charged for any remaining term of notice even if there is no attendance by the child
Funded Childcare for 2-year-olds
Your child is eligible if your family is receiving certain benefits. You may receive an invitation or you can also check eligibility online or by calling Devon County Council on 0345 155 1013.
